Doesn’t work anymore, needs updating for newer iPhones
This app used to be really useful for self checkout while at the library, and self-renewing books without making a trip to the library to do so. It’s still good for browsing the card catalog and seeing what’s available (hence the 2 stars), but it no longer works for self checkout (won’t scan barcodes) and auto renew (says it’s unable) when using an iPhone 15 or 16. I really hope they update it soon.

Can’t add library card
The app will not allow me to add my library card to it. I’ve tried repeatedly and it just closes the app when you hit ‘load card’ after typing in your information.
Glitch adding library card onto app
I had to reinstall the app and ever since I have not been able to add library card to it. The app needs a good overhaul. It’s the face of the library we so love and would appreciate that it performs at its best.
cannot renew
sometimes the app wont let me renew items so i have to go to the library in person and renew it there which is a lot of time i could have saved by doing it through the app
Needs update for newer iPhones
Is the library system working on an updated app? I was able to check out books with no problem with my old phone, but the iPhone 15 won’t focus the barcode correctly, so that function no longer works! Please update the app so that works again!
Self check out doesn’t work
The self check out doesn’t work it won’t scan the barcode. Also the closer I move the camera it just gets blurry.
Great app for checking library account status
This is a nice little app that even will double is a library card if you have forgotten it. It’s great for checking on the status of books you’ve taken out and also for any fines you have incurred. The only problem I see is when adding a new account if you use the scan function to scan the number on your library card the embedded spaces in the account number on the card cause a problem. You get a spinning cursor that never disappears. The solution is to type the number in by hand. The app developers should just compress any embedded blanks out of the library account when you use the scan function.

This app is completely worthless and has many technical issues.

Technical Problem
Leaving a review because there is no other way to notify them of a problem with the app. When you go into the search function, audio books are shown separately, but the audiobook search button doesn't load or do anything, mistake or glitch? Please fix ASAP. Thank you. Love my library, the app just needs a quick repair.

No Way Out
When using the app to place a hold on a book, after the hold is placed there is no ‘back’ button or way to get to the app home page (nor any other page.) The app is permanently stuck.

Useful
This app saves me time!!! I don't have to physically go to the library to renew books. I can scan my own books out. One exception, the search does not work. It times out each time.
not an improvement
series with multiple discs still cannot be placed on hold through the app. in addition, the section for "my account" no longer shows checked out items by due date. it is now a pain in the neck to see what items need to be returned first.
