Kein Kamerazugriff mehr möglich und sämtliche Einstellungen wie auch Rekorder nicht mehr vorhanden. Beim Versuch einen Rekorder hinzuzufügen erscheint der Fehler: Datenbankbetrieb.:5004. Erst nach kompletter Deinstallation und erneuten Installieren lassen sich wieder Rekorder hinzufügen

Not working since update

I’ve been using this app for 2 years, but since the latest update it won’t let me connect to my cctv system. It just says database operation failed :5004. Is there any way of going back to the previous version? as this is still working on my wife’s phone.

Following this update, I can’t add new units to the configuration on iPad; I receive: Database Operation Failed:5004

Please issue a fix ASAP, this is stopping the viewing of our camera data!
