Great way to keep up with Apple evolution
I’ve been a Screencastsonline user since the mid 2000’s, since there was just one presenter who had the time to answer my questions. Living in China behind the Great Firewall, it was difficult to keep up as software and equipment evolved. Don was Terrific.
Over the years and after returning to the US, maintaining a subscription and grabbing updates when I had time, I missed so many new programs and opportunities as the team and the products grew from just Mac with iPad, iPhone watch and other equipment. I did keep up and saved money with my favorite apps as the team steadily updates with new releases.
Since retiring, I try to spend a quiet time almost daily to keep up with with Lee taking the lead with all the crew and choose among the almost endless list of possibilities and new features in the operating systems, software options and of course new toys when I can afford or justify upgrading to new things.
I believe that without this group’s straight forward tutelage I probably wouldn’t enjoy nearly the value in daily living with digital tools to assist me in my retirement and retirement year’s gigs.

I have been a subscriber since 2007 and SCO is the BEST resource for all things Apple. I have gained great knowledge of the operating systems and apps, and I am the go to person for all my friends who need any help with Apple technology.
I listen to Podcasts, subscribe to MacSparky labs, and have paid for lots of courses, but the most valuable resource is definitely SCO

I’ve renewed my subscription for 8 years because Screencasts Online is so valuable to me. I thought I would learn what I needed to learn and then cancel, but I find myself coming back again and again to learn new things. A fantastic resource and one I recommend to every new and existing Mac, iPhone and iPad owner who wants to learn the ins and outs of their device.

Saves me hours and money
Screen cast online has saved me hours by introducing me to the essentials of an app and money by letting me see whether an app will solve my problem or is not worth the expense. When I've let my subscription lapse, I always regret it and sign up again.
In depth ‘how to’ and learning about apps not currently used
I have been a long-term member of ScreenCastsOnline. I think the membership is excellent value to learn from a team of experts gathered by Don McAllister. I love learning about apps I have not known about. But importantly it also provides information in the large database of videos and magazines that can be helpful to get an in-depth understanding on how to best use apps I regularly use. Overall, I think Don and his team provide a superb service to the Apple user community! Thank you.

I have been a member of Don's site almost since it started, when it was free. Imagine such a great resource at no cost!! The site has grown and leapt ahead so much, but has always been worth its subscription. I look forward to every week to get a dose of SCO.
Outstanding Video Tutorials! 10 ⭐️
I subscribed to this service a L O N G time ago and found it extremely useful. Initially, I was switching from a Microsoft operating system to the MAC. The tutorials helped ease the learning curve. Then with iPhone and the updates Apple would push out- adding new features constantly - SCO tutorials allowed me to take my time to view and master the possibilities. When Apple updates the MAC OS, I again look to SCO for help - specifically if updating will break an older app that I depend upon. It is a very reasonable price for the value I gain.

ScreenCastsOnline is such great value for money. Two really professionally produced tutorials each week on all things Mac, IPad, iPhone and a monthly magazine.
Whilst you can view all the tutorials and magazines in a web browser, using this app is pure heaven, particularly the ability to download any of it to watch offline.

I have learned how to use existing apps and discovered new apps that have made me more productive on my Mac and all of my Apple products. The tutorials are thorough yet simple. SCO has been my go-to resource for all things Mac since it launched in 2005!. The video tutorials on the latest and greatest Mac apps as well as new versions of the tried and true apps are indespensible. They are extremely well done; they're very clear and cover the must essential features of the apps reviewed. The monthly magazine (PDF) is terriffic.

My many years of subscribing to SCO has been one of my most valued subscriptions. The instructions are clear and cogent with stunning graphics to reinforce concepts.
