Crashes on iPhone X. DO NOT THROW AWAY $2.99

This might be good, but when I try to add a staff member it asks if the first name is a minority, what gender and then asks the same of the last name. Then it crashes

Instructional coach

Using this app as an instructional coach. Would like to have a section where i can focus on just one instructional strategy. I often go in and watch each student for engagement but I don't want to have the data show that I didn't see the other strategies since that impacts my longitudinal data.
