Jeśli zamierzasz być kurierem samochodowym to sobie odpuść, no chyba że chcesz dostać nerwicy ponieważ ta pseudo firma kompletnie nie jest dostosowana do kurierów samochodowych, ciągle zamówienia gdzie średnia kilometrówka to 1,5km po centrum miast, aplikacja która kompletnie się nie nadaje i co chwilę zmieniają wygląd aplikacji, najlepiej zjechać na pobocze, suport który chyba przyjmuje praktykantów, a w IT chyba siedzą ludzie po budowlance.

Desde que actualizaron el menú de las entregas, ya no se pueden gestionar los pedidos dobles a conveniencia, esta mal hecho ya que no tiene ningún sentido llevar primero una entrega más lejana y la siguiente de la cual ya estabas cerca en un primer punto hacerlo después de la entrega con más distancia

A partir de la 3.16 es un completo desastre.
No entiendo porque tocar algo que ya funcionaba bien. Primero si desarrollan un nuevo diseño de la aplicación, háganlo de toda la aplicación, y no solo una parte ya que los menús no está acorde al nuevo diseño. Hemos perdido la navegación integrada en la aplicación y la flexibilidad que teníamos en los pedidos dobles, esto último es un error al mi parecer , a nadie le gusta que le lleven el pedido frío…seguimos sin poder ver el listado de lo que contiene el pedido

Jodieron el GPS que traía integrada la app , no había necesidad de salirte de la app para navegar y el GPS funcionaba muy bien , ahora es un completo asco la verdad , más simple era mejor , se complicaron sin nadie pedírselos.

Functionality
App is lacking few options which I think would be useful for all of the couries
At first, no there is no sound on notification of a new order, and when you are riding somewhere it is hard to notice that you received new job (and supervisor has to call you on the phone to tell that you have a delivery)
At second, if it is possible I would suggest adding possibility for coordinators to add zones on the map, so you could check in the application if you are in you working zone
And want to add a note about bugs: since update to iOS 18 me and other couriers noticed that application started working worse: keep sending messages that "something went wrong", cannot update the delivery status when you pick it up and chat section stops loading from time to time and you have to reload the whole application

Ich nutze die App für die Arbeit. Bevor ich mein Diensthandy bekam musste ich diese App auf meinem privaten Smartphone benutzen und sie hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen dass die Akkuleistung am Gerät extrem gesunken ist. Wenn man vor Dienstbeginn nicht mit 100% Akkuladestand gestartet hat war man sich schon nicht sicher ob man den Tag übersteht. Auch aus Datenschutz-Sicht empfinde ich diese App für die Arbeit sehr fragwürdig.

Kundendaten werden uns erst angezeigt, wenn wir den Erhalt des Essens bestätigen, Dies bedeutet, dass wir nicht mehr abschätzen können, wie lange das Restaurant benötigt, bis das Essen fertig ist, Früher konnten wir dies anhand des Bestellpreises abschätzen, Dies half uns, die benötigte Zeit abzuschätzen, und dann könnte der Fahrer auf die Toilette gehen, etwas essen oder sogar rauchen. 3. Das Design des Programms ist unpraktisch geworden, da es mehr Schritte ohne erkennbaren Nutzen erfordert.
