Nice desktop version terribly glitchy and slow app
The full desktop version is a great project management tool. The app is extremely glitchy, slow, and very challenging to use in the field. We save a great amount of time in the office using the website version as a management tool. Our field crew is slowed down and frustrated with the poor performing app. I would love for the company to streamline the app and am begging them to invest in making it better than what it is today. It has not improved after many requests, which is why I’m writing a review now here. We want our field team to benefit from using the app the way our office team has done so with the desktop website.

HUGE HEADACHE ON DESKTOP AND APP
1.) Comments on the app only save about 1/4 of the time.
2.) Uploading photos out in the field is dumbfoundingly slow.
3.) No two views are the same which makes understanding my Operation's team's frustrations, absolutely frustrating for Management.
4.) The only solution we have been given is to sign out of the app and back in again, which takes FOREVER since it has to delete its info and basically re-download it.
5.) There is no tagging feature.
6.) There way tasks show up in the system is incredibly hard to understand no set the task, who is to answer the task. Training on this has been a nightmare.
7.) It took an extra 3 months for Scoop to get our system together. We have now been using it for 6 months and we STILL have an awful time understanding what is going on.
