Frozen screen

I just made an account and every time I open the app it’s freezes and says that there’s been updates and bug fixes and the current update is 1.16. I cannot close the screen at all and I tried deleting the app and downloading it again and it continues to do the same thing. I even tried turning my phone off and on multiple times and it still isn’t working.

BEST APP EVER

this is such an amazing idea and it is executed so well. As a college student this is so nice to have when going out and needing a ride!

App is very glitchy

Tried calling a ride last night and it didn’t work. Then all the available drivers disappeared. It’s a good concept but needs to be improved

Jeg345, Thank you for your feedback! I see this review was made during our initial launch. We apologize for the bug you mentioned above, this has since been fixed. Our service does not guarantee a ride. We simply provide a platform for student riders and drivers to seamlessly connect. Like I said previously, you caught us in a very early state, so this likely affected the quality of your experience and the ability to connect with a driver. I would love for you to give us another shot as we have made many changes to our user interface since our initial release. We have also amassed a collection of student drivers.
