ScopeCreep: Change Orders

This update improves accuracy and reliability throughout the app. • Change order totals are now calculated in exact decimal amounts — subtotal, GST and total always reconcile • All amounts display in Australian dollars regardless of device settings • Rebuilt PDF export: long descriptions flow across pages, and the client signature block is never split or cut off • PDFs now share as a properly named file you can email, message or save • Signatures and edits save reliably, with a confirmation prompt before deleting signed work • Clearer handling when Premium plans can't load, including a Retry option • Added an empty state and general polish.
