The Scorbit tech will stop working while you are playing. So you end up with 500m points but Scorbit stopped recording on ball one, and enters your score as 2 million. The scorebit devise itself seems to either disconnect or turn it self off randomly, but very often. I never go past 60 seconds into a game before it was disconnecting.
I was wondering why I always see people putting up such small scores. Now it makes sense.
Also makes sense why the tournaments are not popular at all. Because they don’t work!

We're sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive experience. It sounds like you were playing at a location that wasn't functioning correctly and we'd like to rectify that. Can you please email support@scorbit.io to let us know what location and game you were playing on so we can investigate the issue and fix it? We absolutely want to make sure all machines are recording scores accurately, and the majority of Scorbit enabled locations are successfully doing so, but sometimes there are issues that need addressing and should be reported to the location, operator and/or Scorbit and we can get them fixed ASAP.

Sorry to hear that you had a hard time figuring out how to use the app. We've had several app update and have mad several improvements, hopefully your experience has improved. Paying with the app is an option that locations can choose to use or not use, so you may have been at one that isn't using that functionality.
