About

Buraco, Burraco, Burako, Barazilia: one family of card games, and the same long sum at the end of every deal. Cards laid down, cards left in hand, a bonus for every canasta, the closing, the pot nobody took. This app does that sum for you. YOU PLAY, THE APP COUNTS At the end of a deal, enter for each side the cards laid down and the cards left in hand, tapping +5, +10, +15 card by card, or typing the total. Add the canastas, clean and dirty, say who closed and whether the pot was taken. The app works out the deal, the running totals and the gap. ALWAYS KNOW WHERE THE GAME STANDS • Running scores, the lead and the points left to reach the target • Who deals next • Who has to open at 75, when the rules say so • Every deal in one list: tap one to correct it and every total follows • A warning when something looks wrong, such as closing without a canasta, never a block THE REAL RULES OF FOUR NATIONAL GAMES • Burraco (Italy): pulito, semipulito and sporco burracos, pozzetto, game to 2005, with the FIBUR rules • Buraco (Brazil): clean and dirty canastras, the 500 and 1000 sequences, morto, batida, game to 3000 • Burako (Argentina, Uruguay): the tile version, pure and impure canastas, muerto, and a side without a canasta counts everything against itself • Barazilia (Gulf): projects, the “100” pile, −200 when nobody makes a project, +2000 for seven 2s Each game speaks its own words: pozzetto, morto or muerto, burraco, canastra or canasta. PAIRS, HEAD TO HEAD, OR THREE Two pairs, one against one, three pairs, and the Burraco for three: whoever goes out first plays alone and scores their side’s total, each of the other two half of theirs, until someone passes 1000 and everyone plays for themselves. YOUR HOUSE RULES Every table plays a little differently. Change the target, the canasta values, the closing bonus or the pot penalty before you start: the game keeps your values to the end. HISTORY AND STATISTICS Find every finished game, deal by deal, and start a new one with the same players in a tap. See who wins most often, the best deal ever scored and who closes the most. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no ads, no tracking. Your games stay on your iPhone and the app works without a network. Available in English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Arabic.
