Great addition - please add

Please add button for overlays beyond 1st overlay. Taps for 2nd can accidentally change scores and I want to avoid any interference. The app needs the ability to manually adjust focus and white balance/exposure.

If I orient my phone in landscape, mount everything to my tripod, and want to do a live setup, the apple keyboard blocks the fields for livestream description. I can't see what I am editing/typing.

The overlay button conflict, manual focus/white balance/exposure controls, and the livestream description field being blocked by the keyboard in landscape are all valid points. Please submit these through the app's support option (Settings → Send Feedback/Bug Report) so we can track each one for a future update.

Scorecam remote

This remote has issues some good…and a few bad- sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes it kills my stream and I have to restart both apps in the middle of the stream. Luckily YouTube has buffering grace and I can pull it back up quick after a restart. However it requires complete reset/re-sync of clocks and other info (we use it for hockey). Overall - Smitty has done a good job and once a year he will continue to get my pro subscription on scorecam (as there aren’t to many products[if any] that do everything this does at this price).

Score cam app rocks this lacks some functionality

We use the score cam app for hockey.

Recently the remote buttons for shots on goal stopped working.

Trying emailing the support team without response.

Please make sure both ScoreCam and Scoreboard Remote are updated to the latest version, as several button behavior fixes have shipped recently. If shots on goal still isn't registering after updating, please reach out again through the app's support option (Settings → Send Feedback/Bug Report) with your device models and hockey scoreboard style, and we'll get it sorted directly this time.

Normally Works Great

I’ve been using this app for years and it has suddenly started randomly disconnecting from the parent app while filming. The software on my iPhone 15 and latest gen iPad are both updated (apps and iOS). My iPad is up on a tripod and I’m standing right next to it, but it still disconnects. Hopefully it’s just a bug that will be fixed.

Would be an amazing add, if it worked.

Connects just fine, but scores and colors seem to always be backwards from what's on the iPhone (scorecam) and the iPad (scoreboard remote for scorecam). Also, there are ENORMOUS buttons for camera controls and teeny-tiny ones for the most used buttons for me (mute/un-mute, zoom 1, zoom 2, zoom 3). Please make these bigger, give them a section of their own, heck, a page of their own, but they're just way too tiny.

Love the Scorecam App, this app NO WAY

The device is fully connected and is working perfectly fine with the score cam program, BUT this app doesn’t think so. Every 10 seconds it pops up that it may have been disconnected even though it is working more than fine with the program. The app works but if that darn thing would go away it would be 5 stars. But for now it ruins EVERYTHING.

Can you do it on the Apple Watch?

I was in love with app when I found out you can remotely control the scoreboard with this app on ScoreCam. I would’ve put 5 stars if you released this app on the Apple Watch. I wonder if this is possible, if it is, then I would rate this 5 stars.

Need update to allow iPhone 11 Pro camera functionality ASAP

I bought the new iPhone 11 for the fantastic new camera and was excited for how I could implement it for videoing my daughter’s volleyball games. Now the app is useless. Hoping to his gets resolved ASAP.

New Version has bugs

I’ve used Scorecam for a couple of years and paid for the premium version, but this new release of the app and the last version of the iPad app has bugs. I video tape volleyball games for our club and today, the app time counter reset itself to zero during a set, but the red record light continued to flash. Something went wrong in the app and all I got was audio when I saved the set at the end. This happened twice and I lost two full sets at the AAU National Championships. Is there a way to revert back to the previous version which had always works without fail? This new version is unreliable.

Be sure to report issues like this from the ScoreCam app by going to Settings -> Send Feedback/Bug Report. Or you can report the issue from our website. There is a non-released version you can try as well that hopefully addresses these issues so be sure to contact us.

Remote bad indicator

If you turn off the screen on the phone where the app is running the remote says it is recording but it isn’t. So you are using a lot of battery for nothing.

Great App

This app along with the ScoreCam is probably the best app out there in regards to videoing and pausing and keeping it in one clip. I would have given this 5 stars up to about three days ago when they decided to update the ScoreCam remote feature and now you are not able to show the Scoreboard WHENEVER you want on the screen, You have to pause it and then you can put the scoreboard on the screen which is awful because who wants to pause it to put the scoreboard on......PLEASE CHANGE THIS BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.

Difficult Connection

App is very flaky. Very difficult to get the remote to interact with the ScoreCam App.

Fun Scorekeeping App

This app coupled with the Scorekeeping app that goes with it is pretty cool! Does what it says it will do and the end result is fairly professional looking. The only thing I'd like to see is this to be made to use the remote on the iWatch. Then this would be the ultimate Scorekeeping tool! Great job, guys! Keep it up!
