Never go in-person for PT again!
This app is so awesome to get PT and orthocare from anywhere. Back, neck, joint, muscle pain - you name it, all taken care of remotely. So easy! I like that it has achievements and unlocks as you complete your exercises - it encourages me to do them. You have live unlimited direct messaging with the DPT (Dr. Matt Skorheim) for any questions or concerns. He’s so kind and so knowledgeable. It’s way more affordable than going in person and I’ve saved so much time and money being able to do this from my home! Love their subscription plan and flexibility. This is perfect for anyone with pain (athletes, cross-trainers, people with physically demanding jobs, etc.) Highly recommend!
