This app has been down for several weeks at this point, yet somehow still manages to send me push notifications all the time. At least fix the typo on your error page.

The app has been « temporary down for maintenance » for like 4 weeks now.

I’ve been using this app for a while now but seems like for the past few months the app has been under maintenance. Is there any timeline on when the app will be updated and functioning again?

Your app continues to say down for maintenance every time I load it since your updates?!
Temporary down for maintenance…. Two weeks later 😴
I still think this is one of the best retail app I’ve seen in awhile, but leaving a temporary down for maintenance page blocking the access to the app without further reason or redirect…. This is a beginners mistake.
Bugs
This app has a lot poor user experience issues around favoriting items (adding other items to your favorites) and going in and out of an item view without resetting where you were in the scroll.
That said, it still great for quick viewing and item tracking. Disappointed it has been down for maintenance for so long. Hopefully they’re making some big improvements!

Easy to use
App runs smoothly. Easy to use. Everything is placed where you’d expect. One thing I’d like to see is being able to swipe to see different sides of a piece of clothing while on the grid screen, instead of having to tap on a piece of clothing to see different angles
Love the store, app stinks
Great quality clothes, but something happened with the app. Images of cloths don’t load, and errors on Apple Pay. 🙄
Styles never load
The app looks great, but it never loads the pictures of clothing in for me like the website does. I have a 1GB/s internet connection, the Scotch app refuses to load listings. I’ve stopped shopping at scotch and soda because of it

Scotch and Soda is one of my favorite clothing collections and i just purchased a cotton jacket a minute ago and can’t wait to have that soon and for me i will give you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apple Pay never works and using regular method gives you strange messages. It usually takes me 20 mins to be able to check out😡

Need this FIXED
So I have an account on the app and on the main S&S website, but they are not connected since if I put something in the shopping cart via website the app will not sync and my items in the app are not visible.
Keep in mind it’s the same account email address and password but I think the issue might be that within the app I am unable to select my shipping country as it is not available even though on the website it is.
Can you help with this, please?
App is great but it is simply useless to me in this state since I can’t really order anything with it.

Great app, apple pay doesnt work with coupon though
Love scrolling this app. Very beautiful, great products. Wouldn’t wear a thing hiking but that’s not what they’re about so whatever.
Not user friendly
The website was very hard to navigate & check out. It was a hassle & I don’t even know if I received my extra 30% off.
