Still can’t add card to Apple Wallet
Apple Wallet is the easiest way to handle loyalty cards in store, rather than searching for a specific app at the till. But tapping the Add button gives “The pass cannot be read because it isn’t valid" error. It looks from comments here that this has been a problem for at least a year. Developer please note!

Can’t add card to apple wallet
App has very few features, and it’s disappointing that I can’t add the card to my wallet, forcing me to stand at checkout waiting for a millisecond of signal (rare in any scotsdales branch) just to load the barcode. Would be great if a bit more thought went into the app, and time was taken to ensure it isn’t full of bugs.

Scrambled egg did not taste right , raised it and told eggs in date . Other breakfast was decent

didn’t work
sadly I scanned some items in successfully but others from the meat section and veg section errored and appeared with £0 . I deleted my cart and just went through the checkout f2f as usual.

Beautiful new surroundings
I’m sure once they get sorted it will be better 🌟unfortunately we waited 40 minutes for breakfast and then it was cold . However it was a beautiful surroundings and the staff are lovely 🥰

My husband & I went for a morning breakfast, was served by a very hospitable young girl, Emily, she was very polite with fantastic,great customer service too! Outstanding!
Unacceptable delivery of garden furniture
A garden furniture set was delivered to me locally. The delivery man texted me he was coming but left the items in the front garden without letting me know, free to be taken by whoever! Of course he does not answer his phone and Scotsdales does not pick up the phone. This is truly disappointing. I do not recommend order from this shop , one will find a cheaper and better service elsewhere.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
I visited the Scottsdales (Great Shelford) earlier today, the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff there never ceases to amaze me. Two colleagues in particular stood out, Liz (outdoor plants) is a fount of knowledge and a pleasure to talk to. Alice (Customer Service Desk) was also incredibly helpful and polite, helping us navigate the offers and signing us up for a membership card, no pressure, just very informative. Both staff members are a credit to the Scottsdales family.

Seems buggy and button to add to apple wallet doesn’t work
Useful app but Apple Wallet link doesn’t work for me on iOS
Much more useful than a physical card however the link to add my card into my Apple Wallet doesn’t work. Since the last app update was a year ago, perhaps something to do with iOS 18?

Can’t add the scan code to Apple Wallet because, it states: the code is not valid.
Super Scotsdale garden centre
Found Scotsdale at Shefford about 40 miles from us but we went there for a change . My daughter is wheelchair bound but a great idea in cafe so you can reserve and go and get food and drinks .
Wonderful place to shop it has everything you need for house and garden . Love all the lights . Good loyalty card . Disabled toilet quite small if the carer has to get in to help . But that was the only issue .
