I really like using this app, however I would love it if the information could please be updated for recent changes like the new promise and law and local scout group information etc.

One problem
I've been using this app for a couple of years and it's been really helpful being able to look at the award scheme where ever I am.
Recently I haven't been able to use the app because I'm unable to leave the home page. Every time I click a menu option it automatically takes me straight back to the menu.

A great idea to have the award scheme online, though a major improvement would be to add check-boxes for the cub/scout to tick off what they have achieved for each of the tasks within a badge’s task list as they work through the items towards their goal of earning a badge.
Also the ability for the leader to use the app to sign off on badges for the cub/scout when they don’t have their physical book on hand.
Another suggestion would be to include a ‘virtual shirt sleeve’, so when cubs/scouts earn their badges, they can display them on their own digital/virtual sleeve to see what they have earn and act as further incentive to add more badges to build their collection, both on and off line. This could also have the ability to be shared with other cub/scout friends?

I'm a scout leader and i think this app is a great idea! But the app has been horribly written! Nothing flows well, it feels dated and slow(really slow). Some of the videos that have been uploaded can not be viewed on mobile devices, seems like a silly thing to do for a mobile device app!!
Would be good to add a secure area of the app so youth and adult members can log onto myscout. And in that secure area include the contact information for other scout groups, thus making planning a lot easier!

Can you please add a print function so you can print from the app!! Greatly needed. Otherwise keep up the good work

Okay needs to be updated campsite list would be good. AJ2016 and AV2015 promo video need to be on there. Also all the SIS10 info would be good to have that on

Missing a lot of groups in Sydney, but then not so sure you need to have the addresses anyway as google already knows best, no need to reinvent the wheel.
Love to have the awards details on hand but I'm concerned they'll get out of date like the books do. I hope there's a way for it to receive updates without you having to release an update to the app.

Great start
Good basic awards info, but could include a lot more detail.
I tried to look up my local scout group (15th Essendon). The address in details is correct, however the map shows it in Fairbairn Rd Kensington. Which just means that the loaded addresses are not understandable by Google maps.
The easiest way to fix this is to tell Google where each hall is by name. For example if you search for '15th Essendon sea scouts' in Google maps you will see the correct location.

Well I went to aj2013 and they told me to download this app and I have I wanted to see if my scout group was there and it wasn't so that's pretty poor because we are the biggest scout group in the district
It would be cool also if you could have a camp locater
and with the scout group ad a national map of Australia and put pins where ever scout groups are and then when you tap on them they give you the address and detail like if they do Joeys Rovers Venturers Scouts Cubs
And how big the group is ie number of people in the group

Looking for scouting in Chatswood, but nothing shows up! There is a scout group in Chatswood....

About time the award scheme was available in mobile format. Now I don't have to carry around different books. I have found the scout badge section to be a little clunky in its design. And i would love to see a bit more of scouting history posted up there. But overall very good.
