They don’t value customer’s time
Their a lot says 10 AM to 6 PM.
Agent called and no one came to pick the items. It’s basically just waste of time. Instead I can sell in near by shop. I may get less money but time is saved

Pathetic/Horrible Customer Service
I installed the app and booked an appointment in Hyderabad. They claim that they provide services in Hyderabad. On the scheduled date no one showed up somehow manage to contact to one of ScrapQ person with help of my friend because there is no customer service center available. When my schedule time passed off I tried to contact this ScrapQ guy and then that guy said they do not provide service in that area(Hyderabad).
On first place they should not have scheduled the appointment if they do not provide service in the area or at lease they should have contacted in advance to let me be informed that they do not provide service in the area.
They told me this when I proactively called them to check the status.
This is really pathetic and horrible customer service.
I will encourage everyone to never use this pathetic app.

Poor UX Design
I am not able to proceed after entering flat details as keyboard stays open.
Also title and bottom buttons are out of screen area.
Looks like app is developed with Flutter. use SafeArea widget to avoid overlapping with Notch.

Issues in your app + service
Hey ScrapQ team - the date and time slot on IOS is completely white. You can't see the content until you zoom in. I work in the app development field so it might be a bug.
I recommend a call of text from a company representative to confirm pick up the next day and estimated time and also if there is a delay.
I will recommend your service to my network but please consider my feedback.

Worst behavior
The agent did not come on time. Even if i called him he did not respond, and kept cutting my call.
I think you should employ responsible people.

Very low rates
ScrapQ though come home to pick up the scrap they quote very low as compared to local scrap dealers. In fact it is better to throw the items in dustbin rather than calling them
