仕事がら明るさを手軽に測れるのは助かります。キャリブレーション用の光源が無いけど、相対的に測定して利用してます

Terrible purple font

Just needed a 1 time check but I am not sure about the accuracy since it gave me a rating on my desktop monitor of 10 nits on a monitor which can go up to 350 nits. Why 350 possible nits if I am really only using 10 Nits? ***2nd point: The purple font/ text on the website is extremely hard to read. Use another color & get feedback from peers before finalizing the final color. ***Still I appreciate the effort.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! A reading of 10 nits does seem unusually low — did you measure a white area of the screen, and was the room dark or light? Most screens auto-adjust brightness and often output well below their maximum. If something seems off, I'd love to investigate further — reach out at apps@contechity.com. annoying paywall

Worked pretty well for a while until I opened the app and it no longer allowed me to use the measurement feature for free. I’m now forced into a free 3-day trial, after which I’m charged $2 a month unless cancelled, or a one-time $10 purchase. It’s not the most ridiculous paywall I’ve ever seen, but it sure is frustrating that the basic functionality of the app has been stripped away.

Hi, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Nits Meter is free to try for a few weeks, and then yes, if you like it, a one-time purchase or small subscription is needed to keep going. Prima App, erspart ein Messgerät

Die App ist prima, sie ermöglicht eine grobe Einstellung der Helligkeit zur Bildbearbeitung. Wer es genau wissen will muss ein Spektralradiometer nutzen, aber mir reicht die erzielbare Genauigkeit locker aus.
