ScreenRun Passport is a local-first screen-mesh QC passport for screen-print shops. Capture screen ID, mesh and substrate references, directional tension measurements, instrument and calibration context, exposure state, ink lot, and trial-pull observations in one structured record. Freeze an accepted QC snapshot, mark a screen for re-check, clone an older snapshot into a new draft, and export JSON or a human-readable handoff for your next bench step. ScreenRun Passport is designed for local records and synthetic review data, with no account, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no device control. ScreenRun Passport does not certify quality, guarantee production results, provide chemical or safety advice, or replace shop judgment. It helps operators preserve the measurement context they already collect so repeat work is easier to review. Pro unlocks unlimited passports, comparisons, PDF handoffs, saved presets, and duplicate workflows. Backup, restore, and deletion remain available in the free tier.
