Where is the message Center?

I continue to get notifications stating that I have messages in this game or that I have coins waiting for me in the message Center. I have sent a message after message using the “contact us” link but no one has responded to date. I like the game, but because I can’t get my questions answered. I’m deleting it.

The game is functional, but having to watch a lengthy ad after every single level is beyond tiresome. It is especially tiresome when seemingly the only way to get out of an ad is to open and close the app store a half dozen times. That issue is not unique to this game, but I spend more time being bombarded by ads than able to play the game.
