Told me it was listening

Stated it was listening but did not record. This included me talking right into the mic.

Missed a whole meeting.

App doesn’t work.

There is no video when you are done recording. I tried uploading and that didn’t work either.

Doesn’t pickup audio from 10 feet away

Tried to use this in a class setting. Didn’t work out unfortunately.

Extremely helpful in a rigorous course

Taking a course where the professor just seemingly doesn’t help outside of scheduled classes, is great! Highly anticipated to use this for my nursing classes in the spring!

Awesome App

Was very excited to download and test out this app, and it didn’t disappoint! With so many integrated uses of AI, ranging from document summarization and first person speaker summarization to an interactive chat interface, this app is stellar! Very excited for future updates!

Has potential

With there only being two more weeks until school starts, I wanted something that could help me keep track of what the teachers are saying while I’m taking notes so that I don’t lose any useful information. I wanted to test out this app because I saw it on Reddit (shoutout r/ADHD) and it seems pretty good. As with any app, it definitely has some flaws. For example, it doesn’t really transcribe well? Like, even if I’m talking very clear- like the best of my English (I’m a fluent English speaker) it still messes up. Obviously it’s not going to clearly catch every single word, but it messes up every 3-4 words, and I only knew what the notes were talking about because i was the one talking… but what if I wasn’t paying attention to the teacher (taking notes ofc) and I go to see the transcription later? I would want it to be as accurate as possible yk? Now to finish this (open face) compliment sandwich… I absolutely LOVE the note feature after the transcription! Definitely one of my favorite features ever and will make studying way easier 😭. Overall, this app has a lot of potential, and I’m excited to see where it goes!

Thanks for the honest feedback! I am currently working to improve the live transcription, and it'll hopefully be working perfectly until your school starts. I really appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and am glad that you are enjoying the Note feature!

Lifesaver!

Been using Scribia for a bit, and honestly, it's not too shabby! Definitely helpful for all med and humanities students. Kind of a cool time-saver, especially for those who juggle a lot of information. But what really caught my eye is the 'Chatting with document' feature. It's kind of like texting your lecture notes to get the key points. Has a few kinks to iron out, but overall, it's a helpful tool for a quick review. If you're into multitasking or have a ton of reading, it's worth checking out. Has improved my study workflow by a ton.
