Yet another useless app

Every attempt at downloading is met with “network issue“. Which is kinda interesting seeing as how I’m connected to that World Wide Web thing, on the Scribl.com website and interacting with THAT very website by searching and finding the podcast I’m looking for. Only good thing I can see is Apple doesn’t get the blame. This time. Oh yeah, the only way to listen on the app is to access the website, put something in your library, and abracadabra it’s available in the app. Except, WHAT’S THE POINT OF THE APP IF YOU HAVE TO USE A BROWSER?

Glitched Disappoinment

I've been listening to an audiobook series on anoy app and they didn't have the last three books. This app does have them, for free, but the audio was just a distorted, garbled mess for a couple of the books I tried to download and play. I was excited to test out the search feature, as the ads make a bold claim for the sorts of stories you can find, but that hardly matters if I can't listen.

Would be nice- if it worked

I have tried this app several times over the last few years, hoping that it would he better.
Lke the website, but the app NEVER works right. My favorite book which plays perfectly fine on the website but without the autoplay feature, plays like garbage on the app. On the app, The readers voice sounds like a managled cassette tape track.
It happens on every book, every time.

Pinpoint a story?

There's not a chance I can pin down a story I've listened to before and it's been making me crazy since this doesn't work as advertised. Tell me how to find a multi season story of 3 ordinary 21st century young adults transferred to a magical land, Mike's name is changed to Meek, they begin begin baking with a woman from the lands and … ?

I've never found the particular story or a shiny new interesting one just by searching elements. Too bad.

NO APP ACCESS & HAVING TROUBLE VERIFYING MY ACCOUNT! HELP!!!! I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO BUY SOME BOOKS FROM SCRIBL!!!!!

The Scribl app improves the ease of listening to the audiobooks you have in your existing library at Scribl.com. It's not a stand-alone experience. You cannot create an account or add books to your library in the app. You must do those on the web site. Please post us any questions at scribl.com/support and we'll take great care of you.

Can’t get into the app! Won’t let me create an account! If you have to do everything through the web site then why have a Mobile app??

We try to be very clear that you can't add content from within the app. We do agree with you that would make the app even better.
