Scroll Unlock helps you trade mindless scrolling for real movement. Link the social apps that eat your time, then earn minutes of scroll time by doing quick workouts at home. One rep equals one minute of access, so your feed stays tied to effort, not impulse.
The camera-based rep counter detects push-ups (or similar moves) on device—your video stays private. When your balance hits zero, linked apps stay out of reach until you train again. Streaks and rep history keep you honest and show progress over days and weeks.
Built for simple setup on iPhone, with a clean, focused UI so starting a workout and checking your balance never gets in the way.
