Scrollfluent: Spanish App Lock

Your Spanish didn't disappear. It faded. You took the class. Maybe you went on the trip, or you have family you can almost keep up with. Then life happened, and every week a little more of it leaked out — not because you stopped caring, but because keeping a language means showing up every day, and nobody schedules that. Scrollfluent doesn't ask you to schedule anything. It locks the apps you already reach for a hundred times a day until you answer a few words of Spanish. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps that eat your day. Instagram, TikTok, X, whatever yours are. Phone, Messages and Maps are never touchable. They don't open until you answer. A few short Spanish questions — you choose how many. Then they open for a while — you choose how long. The lock comes back on its own, whether or not Scrollfluent is running. YOU DON'T START AT HOLA A short typed placement test puts you where you actually are. Two semesters and a summer abroad is not the same starting line as an app you abandoned in week three — and neither is the same as starting fresh. Words you already own get marked as known and come back later as review rather than as drills. New to Spanish? That's a button too. WHAT'S IN IT Over a thousand words and 68 grammar lessons from A1 to B2, in sequence rather than a shuffled deck. Every question is a test, never a flip-card, because retrieval is what makes things stick. Miss one and you get the answer plus a real sentence using it, then it comes back a few minutes later. Once you're solid on a word it stops appearing until you're about to forget it — and then it returns, right before you would have. THREE PROMISES There is no override you can give yourself. Answering the words always works. If someone else holds the guardian PIN, they can let you out. No skip, no wait-sixty-seconds, no "in a hurry" button, no paying to bypass. The other way out is to remove Scrollfluent's Screen Time access in Settings — it takes seconds, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we won't do is put the button inside the app, where you'd reach for it at the exact moment it costs you the most. We know this will cost us some one-star reviews. It is the entire point. If we break, you are never stuck. If Scrollfluent stops running for a day, your apps unlock themselves. That is built into the app, not a support ticket. We can't see what you do in your apps. Apple hands us an opaque token and nothing else — not app names, not usage, not history. Your app selection never leaves your device. Scrollfluent is for people who already have some Spanish and can feel it slipping. If that sentence describes you, you already know why the gamified apps didn't work. SCROLLFLUENT PRO After setup, Scrollfluent Pro is needed to use the Spanish program and start new locks. Finishing a session to open your apps always works, with or without Pro.
