Pretty good for lots of local guys near by.. So much better than Grindr ( you don’t have to keep paying ridiculous amounts just to check out someone who has views your profile)..
only annoying thing is there seems to be a lot of guys who aren’t upfront and tend to either ghost you or block you..
but that seems to be issue with all the dating apps..

More and more limitations
Newest 8-26 version proves Scruff IT are tasked with changing stuff…just because and to continue to limit free usefulness. I dread updating this app.
(Last) New version eliminates the separate nearby “everyone” and search tabbed lists. Now it’s one. So you can only see one location at a time which sucks when traveling. I get they’re doing this to limit features to get me to pay, but it won’t work. I’m more likely to go to another app to see the same guys.

The ads are ehh (def WAY better than Grindr tho) but the moments feature gotta be my fave part of the app! So unique and I love connecting with people that way!
It’s become a haven for scammers
Need to better validation method like I dunno presenting some for of ID - these scammers post pics of hot guys that are massage therapists then asking for payment up front is getting to the point where the app is worthless and not worth the time or effort.

I paid for a membership and I have to pay extra for more visibility. I haven’t enjoy the outcomes of this app that much as I do it on another and for free sometimes
Not what it used to be
The app has gone downhill. Terrible job at preventing spambots. Then they don’t even give you unlimited blocks to block all the spambots unless you pay. My feeling, if you can’t prevent the spambots , at least give users unlimited blocks to block them. They also want a reason why you want to block

Server’s mistakes
This app all the time has terrible problems, the server has at least 1 week broken and, even if you are paying, technical service is null. For the brand this is a BIG PROBLEM which apparently, no attention is being paid. The most sad is they don’t pay attention TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Sad… really sad.

I can almost guarantee you that unverified profiles are able to send malicious payloads/malware through (disappearing) photos. The app auto loads the photos (I bet the phone does not even sandbox them) my phone started working extremely slow after opening a couple photos from some user.
This app is riddled with bots, scammers, and you know the other weird kkkind. 🇺🇸

I lose functionality over my phone when I have this app downloaded. Once I delete it, I gain full functionality of my keyboard. This app is a horrendous.

Need more functionality around admining one’s own profile
I hate that I need to log in to view my profile. Others can view my profile while I’m offline. I, as the owner of the profile, should be able to view my own profile without logging in. There used to be a time where I could set my profile anywhere in the world with premium membership. Not anymore - you can view other places, but not put your profile there. The developers must be underpaid impressionable interns.
