Can’t Block without Paying/ Moments Need to Go
Only having a limited amount of blocks without paying for more and then still a limit. That’s ridiculous when something is essential for someone’s safety, among other things. This isn’t supposed to be allowed by Apple, so I wonder how they can get away with it. Aside from that, it’s still better than Grindr for their free version, but putting greed over their users’ safety is 0 stars. Get rid of Moments. This isn’t Instagram or Snapchat. I don’t want to see random men’s members if I accidentally click on them and they take up space. Had a sensitive content warning which helped but now that’s gone. This app used to be the best for gay dating apps but makes me want it delete it now. Having the CEO trying to entice you to rate this five stars is desperate and makes me want to delete it.

Scruff greatly “Mislead” users with gorgeous profiles that are 6,000 miles away but locally offers the total opposite. Lots of very Creepy Fake ProfIles.

This app is, far and away, the cream of the crop as far as these apps go. Worth the subscription!

If you’re looking for a better alternative to Grindr, keep looking.
Just another app trying to capitalize on anything possible. You need the overpriced subscription to send even your own photos, view your chat history, see other people’s photos that they have shared with you, etc. Everything good is locked behind a ridiculous paywall. Sad world we live in that every one of these apps are pay to play now.

After reporting several obviously fake accounts used by scammers to Support, nobody responded and nothing was done. The people running Scruff don’t give a damn about their customers. Truly, I wonder if the scammers are working there. Delete your account, delete the app, and don’t look back.
Scruff is a great way to meet and stay in touch when traveling. Favorite gay app!

No exposure
In order to be able to charge boosts you have limit the exposure here that is nasty !

Problems with Would You Meet
I use WYM regularly. On my IPad, I have to tap directly on the words. Nothing happens if I tap inside the box but not directly on the words.
Garbage
I would honestly give it 0 stars if I could. Over my last decade of using this app, they have progressively made it more unusable to the point that there is no reason to actually have a conversation on the app. You have to PAY to see past messages in a conversation. If you chat too much, it’s suspicious (as if they think their app is so awful that they’re confused by active conversation.) You can only share an album with a certain number of people (so anyone closeted is out of luck) and you can only see a certain amount of PHOTOS in an album unless you pay. It’s become a more unusable version of Grindr.

Scruff needs to have a rating system to rate users based on how flaky, rude and deceptive they are. This app is such a waste of time
