The Swinfen Charitable Trust was set up in 1998, with the aim of assisting poor, sick, and disabled people in the developing world. The Trust does this by establishing telemedicine links around the world and over the internet between doctors in need of specialist advice and expert medical & surgical consultants - for free, and at all times.
