FINALLY, At long last I’m once again able to log into my account on this application. My one star review is restored to 5 stars. Thank you for finally attending this issue.
Great App
Easy to navigate app. Enjoy the ability to let you know whenever I'm traveling out of the area. Employees are always there to help with my needs!
App Won’t let me nor anyone I know log in
Almost 6 months now with no assistance no matter how hard I try, me and several others I know cannot log into the mobile app because it continues to say “Verifying login information” for hours and never logs in. Southbridge Credit Union is so far behind the times compared to all other credit unions and banks that I don’t see any reason to give them more than one star.

Can’t log in
Four different people on my family all have the same issue with this app. We can’t log in. We enter the information, username, password, click sign-in, and it loads indefinitely and never logs us in. I couldn’t access my funds appropriately and was charged an overdraft fee twice for something I could have prevented had been able to log in. We’re going to cut ties with this bank and refinance through a different bank. Making sure I and everyone I know never even thinks about doing business with Southbridge Credit Union.
