1.2
August 12, 2026
Scutely 1.2 is our biggest update yet, built around how you actually keep your collection. Care Groups Group your animals as a plain group, a rack, or a cage stack. Racks and stacks get numbered slots (A1, A2…) so a group mirrors your real setup, and you can drag animals between slots to rearrange. To-Do & scheduling A new To-Do area with Today, a Calendar, and a Feeder Pick List. Schedule feeding, cleaning, water, misting, and medication for a single animal or a whole group, on any repeat you like. Log the care event, by scan or by hand, and the task checks itself off. Care reminders, your way Get a push when care is coming up or running late. Now you can pick the time of day a reminder arrives, and turn on daily overdue nudges that follow up for up to a week until the task is done. Cleaner profiles & a smarter dashboard Redesigned animal profiles built around clear cards, a Recents strip to jump back to what you were viewing, and simplified temperature logging (hot side, cool side, and ambient in one entry). Plus bulk cage-card printing for a whole clutch, and a range of fixes and stability improvements.
