New2023 App not working
The new app I can’t sign into the Players Club.
Doesn’t open
iPhone 13 iOS 15.7, app won’t open. Tried delete and reinstall, still won’t open. Stuck on a loading screen that doesn’t even display properly. Like it hasn’t been updated since before the home button left.
please update this app
scratch ticket scanner barely ever works and the app is always having some sort of problem causing it to be under maintenance and completely unusable. just take it off the app store at this point.
Does not work with iPhone 13 Pro
The ticket scanner won’t allow close focus with an iPhone 13 so it’s worthless. Works with older iPhones. App needs to be updated to support modern phones.
App needs updates
So I really want to continue to use this app, and I like to use the scratch scanner. BUT, I can not get the app to scan my barcodes to see if I won, I am able to scan for second chances, however I tested a theory and the second chance scan doesn’t recognize winning tickets and just says success, So hopefully you guys can get this updated soon. I am a member of the Lotto Club and want to use the app. It would also be nice if the app would have more detailed information on the scratch games (when they end, how many prizes are left, what new ones are coming, etc.)

Worthless App
This is the most worthless app there is. You can’t even scan your ticket to see if you won and it looks like it’s been well over two years since they’ve done anything to it. They say they have the second chance, but you can’t even scan your tickets to get into that. Do not get this app, there are other ways to scan your tickets.

Buying tickets online
Our state is so far behind. 2022 and we still can’t purchase a lottery ticket online. App can’t tell you how much money you have won. You cannot add your numbers to the app to receive notifications in case your numbers matched. App is basically useless
Poorly Designed/Maintained
Although a convenient idea, the app is poorly made and some serious updates need to happen. Sometimes the app works and sometimes it’ll freeze and crash. The scanning part never works. Just a big pile of Buffalo chips.

It’s set up great, user friendly but it will not scan my tickets. I’ve tried and tried. It picks up the scan quick takes about 30 s to say error

Too many issues
The ticket scanner has not been working. The app has not been loading either. The app hardly works most of the time. And it would be helpful if it was more up to date. It would be cool if it told you the amount you have won.

Behind the times and buggy
I can appreciate the effort but it’s 2022 and this app is still stuck in 2010. The barcode scanner is extremely finicky and it can’t even tell you what the ticket is worth. Just ‘small’ winner or ‘big’ winner. The app is out of commission for 9 hours a day and still has issues when it’s back up. Come on guys- you gotta get it together.

They don’t make money on the app!
It’s obvious they don’t care about the app. People are still going to buy tickets wether the app works or not. So why put money into something that gets no return? It is probably the worst app that I try to use. And if the app doesn’t work it will increase traffic at any business where you could purchase more tickets… by design

Doesn’t scan scratch tickets
Good concept but the scanning part of it for scratch tickets never works. It desperately needs an update.

What’s the point if it takes 46 minutes to scan a ticket? And when you do, it doesn’t tell you what you’ve won. Garbage. Update the camera settings or whatever you computer nerds do.

Every now and then the app will actually scan a lotto ticket but absolutely will not scan scratch tickets.
