Many times when I have opened this app up to use there is an advertisement strip at the bottom and it has been all porn images!!

Why no music? And they changed the words

I had an SDA hymnal app before that I loved. It had the music and the words. But it quit working so this was all I could find. I haven’t used it much, but I recently looked up “The Church’s One Foundation” and saw that the words are different from what is in the hymnal. Where in the hymnal the 2nd or 3rd verse says “Though with a scornful wonder Men see her sore oppressed…” the app says,“We see her sore oppressed.” I checked it in the hymnal and they’ve changed it for no apparent reasons. It doesn’t even make sense. “We” are the church! Big thumbs down.

Unable to use

The keyboard is stuck open over the close button so I am unable to use.

Please fix the stuck first screen.

The app won’t open properly. I deleted and downloaded again but I am still experiencing the same problem.

App is stuck

You can’t even get into the hymnal because the screen is stuck on a message telling you to close the screen but doesn’t allow you to close it.

Loading Page Error

Downloaded the app but was unable to use it. Welcome page was stuck behind a number pad. Couldn’t close out the welcome page and couldn’t use the search bar, it was a weird mixture of both and neither worked.

Doesn’t work properly

Gets stuck on the introductory page and freezes. Has a dial pad on the thank you page that doesn’t go away no matter what I press.

Can’t use ads stuck on opening screen

Can’t even open the app. The welcome window covers all buttons. Useless app until fixed.

Can’t even use the app

I would love to use this app but the second I login, I’m automatically having to type in my phone number. Because of this I can’t close the guide or whatever it is and then can’t use the app at all. Which is very unfortunate. Please fix this.

Welcome Screen Frozen

Please fix the app. I went to find a hymn at church today and could not get past the welcome screen. The number keys are frozen over the close button.

Issue with tapping close

A welcome message keeps popping up. It tells me I can exit by pressing close.
The problem is while the message is there. The numbers are covering the word close. So I am unable to tap on it to enjoy the app.

Can’t access

For some reason since the update, I’m not able to close the welcome screen saying that there are new features. Because of this I’m unable to actually access the hymnal. Please look into this!

Has potential

The biggest issue I have with this app and many others is the organ choice. It’s so dated. Use a piano or guitar. Better yet, let the user choose from a variety of instruments.

Second, the numbers keyboard is too obtrusive on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Please make it 50% smaller or better yet make it customizable for user preferred size.

These are simple UX design changes that I strongly recommend and would enhance the users experience. Thank you for your consideration.

The app is not working

Same as everyone else, I updated the app and there is an overlapping screen that I am not able to close as there is no option to do so. Can you fix asap. This is a genuine complaint and as you can see it has been happening from the 20 March or earlier as some users have given a review.
