Can’t even register
This app does not even function! Can’t even register all you get is an error message!
What the heck happened?
This app used to work well, but now it is useless. You cannot view your card details, your claims, or find a dentist. What is even the point?

App does absolutely nothing. Can’t use it to pull up my card, kicks me out. Find a dentist is just a blank white screen. Tried to see what my plan covers, have no clue since I can’t see it.
Just BAD!
Haven’t been able to use this app in a while. I continuously get an error when trying to login, I can’t reset my password or even retrieve my username. Terrible app!!

Worked as needed
I was able to sign in using the login information I set up on their website. I logged in successfully and got the membership information I needed.
Won’t let me register
Downloaded this app however unable to register keep getting error message
No longer works
The app worked fine for a while until it didn’t. Now it won’t open. I keep getting an error message saying, “an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later.”
Can’t register
Spent the last 15 minutes trying to register. Every time I get the same message “an error occurred. Please try again” I’ve tried so many times with so many different usernames and passwords. Ive exited out and re-opened it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve tried “forgot my username” in case somehow I already had an account… same thing. This app just doesn’t work….

Garbage!
So far this app has been a complete waste of time. Can’t even register my account because of something with my password selection but I can’t even see what it’s talking about to fix it.
Won’t let me register
I have been trying to use this app so that I can login and see my plan details. But every time I try to register it it tells me there is an error. This is disappointing.
Bad bad bad bad bad awful bad
I’d rather eat my shoe than try and use this app. Will not let me register and tells me to try again every time. I try and it just tells me there’s an error and to try again. BAD!!!!!
Tedious to operate app
I like the feature of being able to log in with just a 4 digit code, but that’s about all that I like about this app. It’s confusing and time consuming navigating between different places on the app, and my group number is blank

Tried to register and kept getting an error. When error showed it just says try again. I don’t have time for this!
Very easy to use!
Love the easy access to my SDC ID card and dental plan info. Much more usable than any other health plan app I've downloaded!
