App is well-designed and functional
The app appears to be well-designed and functions effectively. It boasts numerous user-friendly mobile features and includes a link to the barcode for the library card. I would greatly appreciate it if the team could add support for Apple Wallet, allowing me to keep my library card in the app for easy access.

Love it!
I love San Diego libraries and the app. Complaints in older reviews seem to have been fixed by now on 2025. Very user friendly! It’s easy to locate materials across the system, to reserve them, to figure out when materials are due, or to put a hold on something. I also like that easy to check branch calendars for events I would like to attend, or check if an event is still happening (better to know about a cancellation before I leave home). Love it!

My credentials from the original app don’t work. There is no way to contact support. Gotta go into a library branch to try to fix. Stupid government failure.
