You can’t log out

Very annoying that you can’t log out of this app! My young son does not have a phone so I need to be able to log out of one account and into another to show our certificates. This app has no log out feature so you can’t do that. Even after permanently deleting the app after reinstalling it still is logged in and no option to log out and log in as a different user.

This app needs some work!

This app needs some work, the synch for dive logs with Shearwater Peregrine computers downloads fully according to the app however, they are nowhere to be found in the log function once downloaded. Very frustrating guys!

Crashing after update.

Not usable after the suunto update. Which sucks since I love suunto. Please fix. Will work once then crash. Forcing re install.

11/19/2025 Review

Overall, the software seems phenomenal. There are some things that would be nice to see adjusted. The biggest being added iPad OS integration as I predominately utilize an iPad to document dive related information or files. The other thing that would be nice to see implemented would be the ability to import dive logs over more mediums such as spreadsheet or Google Sheets. Again, overall very pleased with the software, especially when needing to access my eCards quickly.

Hopefully continues to improve

Good that it has all my certs. Manually loading a dive is slow. Also wish I could see my dive notes when I click on my log details. I can only see them when I go to the edit dive page

Not great but quickly improving

The app is laggy way too often, especially when selecting dive sites. Lots of buttons on the dive log are unintuitive and take waaaay too long to press. It is getting better fairly quickly though, lots of glitches like the constant sign outs are going away. It’d be nice to see some kid of autofill for consecutive dives or dives at the same site, and a way to input courses and buddies that aren’t a part of the SDI database.

Think through the use case

Imagine a user trying to show a dive shop a certification card. Being confronted with a mandatory “update” popup that drives them to the app store, without a “later” option, potentially in an area with weak signal / bandwidth, is a terrible user experience given that the har may well not have opened the app for a while until that moment.

App is basic and doesn’t have much use since there’s no dive log.

Lacking

It would be nice to be able to do the online learning through the app and show your completed lessons. A logbook would also be great. Just nothing of real value with this app.

Thank you for taking time to send us your feedback! The eLearning part is currently not an integrated part of the App itself. You can access your eLearning via the browser on your phone by going to the WEB site and access your eLearning that way. Integrating the eLearning are part of our plans but there is currently not a timeline for this feature. Feedback is an important part of deciding which features to add and the priority of them so thank you for providing that

What’s the point?

You can get your eCerts… aaaand that’s about it. No eLearning, which is most important. You’ll be logged out, session expired, every time you use the app. Very frustrating. Most recent update was over a year ago. That says it all.

SSI continues to have the most feature rich app, even if the design is about as modern as Geocities

One Small Issue

The app works well and is responsive. It’s always easy to look up information on it. Issue I see with it is that you have to login every time you open the app practically.

Diver friendly

App is great for pulling up certs when my logbook with cards is usually in the parking lot. Would love to see more diver friendly additions, like diver tables implemented into the app for planning purposes. I know the material preaches computers, but most shops don’t rent shearwater.
