Not compatible with unsecured WiFi

You must enter a WiFi password to utilize SmartLink, but the company’s WiFi that is allowed for lab equipment does not have a password. One of the main reasons we chose this equipment is completely unusable because of this software “feature”.

Doesn’t work

The app doesn’t let you choose which WI-FI to connect to. If your phone is on a Wi-Fi hotspot, it hardcodes that in the field. It should let you pick the Wi-Fi.
