Works well with SDS200
This app works well with my SDS 200. It allows me to listen remotely in another room, which is convenient.
Game Changer for the SDS200!
This app is well built and provides a lot of flexibility for listening and controlling your SDS200 scanner from your phone, iPad or Mac. Easy set up, had mine up and running within 10 minutes. Allows control of your scanner thru the app, and you can set your scanner volume to zero and listen just thru your phone. This isn’t a Bluetooth app it’s thru your WiFi, so as long as your scanner and phone are connected to your WiFi the app will work within your WiFi network. Very handy if you’re in the garage or yard and want to listen to your scanner. You do need to have the ability to connect your SDS200 to your router via Ethernet. Then just add the scanner thru this app using the scanners IP address as the “host”. That’s all you need to do to get up and running. Subscription required for the audio to stream to your phone app from the scanner. Subscription prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting! Loving the freedom this app has provided.
