Пропал прогресс

После переустановки игры из за бага . Пропал sea pass, играл в игру каждый день чтобы накопить на него кристаллы , потом играл каждый день чтобы прокачать его до последнего уровня . В итоге все сбросилось до 0. Так же сегодня должны были дать 10 тысяч монет за вход в игру , в итоге началось всё с первого дня
