Impossibile sbloccare acquisto-Impossible to restore in-app purchase
Gioco molto bello. Dopo qualche anno dal mio acquisto in-app non posso più giocare perché il mio acquisto non esiste più. Questo problema si estende a tutti i giochi acquistati tramite acquisto in-app da Big Fish Games. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza e l’unico aiuto che ho ricevuto è stato ricevere consigli su come scaricare e ripristinare acquisti su PC con sistema operativo windows (dopo aver specificato più volte che i miei problemi erano relativi ad iPhone ed iPad). Assistenza veramente pessima!!! Se deciderete di acquistare giochi da Big Fish Games tramite acquisti in-app sappiate che, un giorno, potreste non essere in grado di sbloccarli.
Very beautiful game. After some years it’s impossibile to unlock the game i’ve previously bought by in-app purchase. I’ve the same problem with every game i’ve bought by in-app purchase from Big Fish Games. Au chapitre final à la cascade le SOC bloque au niveau du rouage..!! Quand je mets le seau de pierre sur le Tamis.. Celui ci n'apparaît pas..!?! J'ai regardé sur le Guide BigFish. Ils disent juste finir le SOC.. !!! 😁
Je ai ensuite trouvé la solution sur internet et c'est bien ça...!! Le rouage n'apparaît pas...!!!

Les jeux ne suivent pas les mises à jour ISO...!!!! Ça arrive souvent ces derniers temps...!!!

２回目がだめ
１回目は問題なくクリア。×以外を押さないとポップアップが消えない（ポップアップ以外をタップしても消えて欲しい）。ただ、２回目でアイテム取得認識されずストップ。再起動してもだめ。１回はできたのとセールだったので、おまけの星２。

Not one of Eipix's best. Too much back & forth between scenes, glitches throughout game concerning item availability & use, inconsistent story line, annoying voice characterizations and hidden object/mini games that are rather easy.
Although the background scenery is vibrant in detail & colour, that one is given a long playing time and that the user map is well delineated, this tale simply lacks the intrigue & pizazz that one usually associates with productions from Eipix, along with the painfully obvious fact also that the Quality Control/Assurance department at Eipix did not even bother this time to check for errors in syntax & translation throughout their production-Tsk Tsk!
Save your money and wait for a better release with regards to Hidden Object games from Eipix, for as this company has the potential to be a "big leaguer", if they do not lose their identity & production values by being associated with Big Fish...

Too many glitches! You can't move forward because the app is flawed. Can't move past kitchen because you have to give a letter in courtyard. You can't pick up the letter. Totally stuck and can't get your money back! Don't Buy!!!!
