Baffled
I finished the game and tried to play the bonus game, it wouldn’t let me and said I didn’t finish the game? Very confused
Purchase failure and game frozen
I was playing the game and enjoy it enough to actually purchase the full version into the game. There is a scene where you have to find hidden objects in the sparkle section it’s seized at this point it’s the same where there is a cart.So I deleted the game and reloaded it and my purchase was not recognised. I checked my Apple account and no it hasn’t gone through at this stage two days later it did, but the game still does not recognise my purchase and neither does my account with big fish, so I have paid money for something. I have not received and not knowing where to complain about it to help page seems to have been shut down as far as I can to not happy.

Ugh, giant glitch
I was at the end of chapter 4, and completed the HOP, but didn’t get anything, now it sparkles to play it, but when I click on it, it goes black, then sparkles again. I don’t want to start over, really frustrated.

Won’t let me access bonus game even though main game has ended including titles rolling at the end, don’t know what else to try.

The games are getting better but this one had a few issues sticking here and there audio disappearing. I have yet to play any of these games without some kind of a problem . I have kept all my receipts and I’ve bought over 60 of these games and probably more .

Unable access bonus game
This seems to have been a problem for year with no fix. I guess customer satisfaction isn’t a priority.

Can not move the envelope from the inventory to the gentleman in the plaza!
A few bugs!
The game crashed after an hour of play so I had to restart it from the beginning. All was well then until the bonus games at the end - it refused to let me collect the final chest in order to play the bonus scene which was disappointing, every time I tried the game crashed and took me back to the home screen. Annoying.

Got to the end. Watched the credits. Tried to play bonus game. You must finish the main game first. Deleted it.
Great game
Great game. I finished and have watched the lengthy credits three times and I can not get to the bonus game and other features. So for that, I am only giving 4 stars.

Glitch at the end of the game reset treasure chest so bonus game will not open.
Glitch at the end of the game resets your treasure chest and stops the bonus game from opening once you finish the game. The game is just okay, the jumping back and forth for for inventory items is the worst I have ever played. Constant tour of this three of the four of those but I enjoyed the puzzles more than most games. Kudos to whoever came up with those puzzles the best part of this game.

I finished the game and let the credits roll, but it won’t allow me to play the bonus chapter. Keeps telling me I have to finish the game

Paid for game that I can’t play! Hint says give letter to Sergio however all items in inventory are frozen when I go to where Sergio is sitting. Feeling ripped off.

Just started this so can’t give too much of a feedback yet...but so far it’s the best hidden object game I’ve played in a long time. Hoping the entire game continues this well.
Can’t get at sales price of 65% off
I’ve downloaded game 2xs but it keeps trying to charge me 6.99 to unlock. It’s 5/17 at 5:00 pm CST. Please fix. Your coupons to make up difference etc only work on pc and I only use my iPad please help.will update if am ever able to play it.
