Low deck area is not working
I bought this game the past few days, but when I’m trying to open one clue (coat with bugs) The game is not allowing to do it. It’s the only area that I having problems and I cannot advance in my game because this. Please refund my money. I did everything that this tech. Page recommends since yesterday but still broke the game. Please fix it or refund my money. I paid $2.99 plus tax.

Absolute rubbish, purchased this game and now won’t load, have tried all the usual delete and redownload and reboot I pad but nothing works. REFUND PLEASE

Paid full price £6.99 but this won’t download and now I’m told I’m not eligible for a refund. WHY!!!!
This is the second Big Fish game in 2 days with the same issue, also unable to buy at the offer price of £2.99 as others have found but not eligible for a refund when I put in a complaint.

Looked like a great price!
Although this game was offered at £2.99, when I tried to purchase it I had to pay the full price of £6.99. I wasn’t given an option to buy at the discounted price. Come on Big Fish, don’t you make enough money out of us, or do you have to misrepresent your prices in order to make even more money. The game itself was really good, lots of variety in the mini games, good story. In fact , overall, an excellent game. I wouldn’t have minded paying the full amount without the 40% discount, but I do feel as if I’ve been cheated when it was offered at £2.99 and charged £6.99.

Don’t advertise 55% off and then try to charge “full price” - I have never paid more than AU$4.99 for one of these games and don’t intend to start now! If it ever comes available at an acceptable cost I’ll buy it and rate it: until then you can whistle for your money.

Why is it I keep getting emails and pop up ads that this game is on sale for $2.99; then after I download it and unlock the full game it says it’s $6.99. I’ve tried 4 times to uninstall & reload, but still not getting sale price. Frustrating!
