Worst service Goa to Bangalore
am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided on your bus with vehicle number GA08V9734, scheduled to depart from Panjim at 7:30 PM.
The bus was delayed by almost an hour, starting only at 8:20 PM. Throughout the journey, the bus made multiple unnecessary halts for goods delivery/pickup and even stopped midway to pick up additional passengers, clearly only for collecting extra fare. These unscheduled stops significantly added to the delay.
Despite repeated requests to the driver to manage time better, the response was unhelpful and indifferent. When we attempted to reach your customer care, the service and assistance provided were extremely poor and unprofessional.
As of now, we are still at Tumkur, and it is expected to take another 2 hours to reach Bangalore, making the arrival time around 9–10 AM, which is far from the scheduled arrival.
And they stop dinner for worst hotel no hygiene , plates were oily stingy not safe to have the food even driver didn’t have the food over their
(THARANGA) hotel ,after having food feeling uneasy
This level of service is unacceptable. I request a formal apology and an appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I also urge your team to investigate this matter and take corrective measures to prevent such issues in the future.
