Feature request: color range

I am not sure what most people use the app for but one popular use is swimming temps and for that application cutting off the color band at 68 isn’t helpful. Can we have a broader color spectrum or an application specific spectrum? (Swimming, fishing, …)

Related: not sure how to interpret when a buoy is saying 72 but a pin dropped near by is 68. Calibration issue? Depth? Stale data? Sensor accuracy?
