When you get it to work it’s actually good but sometimes it takes a while and can be really slow. Just needs a few tweaks that’s all!!

Your App is rubbish I can’t even get the app it won’t accept my email so can’t create an account even though it’s the one I booked the holiday with . Sort the App out please !!!

no back button
The app doesn’t work half the time which made locking and unlocking doors difficult. There’s no back option when you click something so you have to close and open the app again. All round a really slow and badly designed app.
So bad!!!
Do not click any pictures as you get stuck and the only way is to delete the whole app and start again. Can’t click to cancel/refund booked activities even though it’s saying that’s what you can do. Everything takes ages.

Honestly. When you are in an app, and the info you read says “check app” but nothing is on the app you have to wonder why they have bothered.

When it works it’s ok but when park is busy it doesn’t, no back button so can’t get back to home page, don’t click on map you gat stuck there!
