Area to put email in not big enough

I couldn’t even use the app because my email was too long for the space where I had to put down my email to sign up.

Very Realistic

If you grip it different, it’s going to look different so each pitch coming at you looks pretty realistic to me. It is said that this is real analytics and real RPMs. Feels and looks like a Homerun to me.

FAQ

What is Seam Reader?

Seam Reader is a mobile application designed to help users improve their baseball and softball hitting skills. It focuses on teaching players to recognize different types of pitches by their visual appearance, which is created by the spin of the ball.

How does Seam Reader help me get better at hitting?

The app teaches you the 'seam reading' skill, which is the ability to identify a pitch based on how it looks due to its spin. By understanding the unique 'face' of each pitch, you can make better decisions at the plate, potentially turning strikes into home runs.

What modes are available in Seam Reader?

Seam Reader offers three main modes: Learn Mode, where you can discover the appearance of 6 baseball and 6 softball pitches; Batting Cage mode, for practicing against various pitches and difficulties; and Career Mode, which tests your skills with increasing pitch variety and speeds.

What kind of pitches and speeds can I expect?

The app uses real-life analytics for RPM and MPH, simulating pitches from little league fastballs to major league heaters. You can practice against a wide range of speeds, from average little leaguer levels up to major league or Olympic ace speeds.

Is Seam Reader free to download and use?

The application is free to download and offers in-app purchases. This means you can start using the app for free, with options to purchase additional features or content within the app.
