I took one of their gene tests years ago and I never got back my results.
App will not let me in
Every time I try to get into the app for my data. Which was done a long time ago.
It keeps crashing and won’t let me in.

Rip off! App doesn’t work.
Ordered the kit. Trying to register. The app name is nowhere near the name of the product. Once I found it, I could not create an account because a red error code kept coming up saying an SSL error occurred. This is a fly-by-night company. Took my money and no way to use the vitamin dna kit. If I could give zero stars I would.

These are pricey and then to not be able to login to see my test is unacceptable. I’m sure it’s illegal.

Keep getting a server unreachable error. Can’t log in. I paid for this test and haven’t gotten anything, including any decent customer service response. What a scam.

App will not open
So frustrated. After last update to the app, I can no longer open the app it crashes every time I try to log on. I did my results awhile back and I’m afraid if I delete and re-download it, then I won’t be able to recover my data. Can’t report it as an issue with the store because for some reason it tells me that I have no purchase for the app to file issue with. I’m stuck without access to my test data now and no clue how to get it again.

Never got results
I purchased several DNA test kits for several hundred dollars total and sent them in. Never received results and then the company changed names. Never got a refund. Do not do business with this company.

I purchased a $60 swab kit. The app started as Orig3n. Now it is Seaport.
I sent in my swab kit well over a year ago. I cannot get any response from anyone at this company.
Seems to be on point with the other 1 star reviews on here.
It’s pretty sickening this company has taken so much money from people with zero response.
Hopefully people read these reviews before purchasing any of Seaport’s kits. I sure wish I had.

2 years and no results
I bought a metabolism profile test like June of 2020 it’s June of 2022 and no results I’ve tried emailing them nobody has responded
Scammed. How do we get a refund on the test?
