Not backing up progress
I’ve always backed up my progress but now it’s saying I don’t have an active internet connection when I absolutely do.

Loved this game
I have played this game for a long time. Fun and interesting. Lately it has been resetting my game. I have always backed up and been fine. This time it says no active internet connection even though I do have one. It won’t recover. Soooo I have 7 of the businesses built. This was my way of relaxing. I’m done. Won’t start over. You have lost a loyal player.

Magnifying glasses
I have a ton saved, but cannot apply them to the magnifier block like I was able to the first one. It keeps saying “you don’t have enough magnifier” & it says 2/1… I was able to click it once… but I can’t get it to work at all!
It reset
All my progress was lost when it reset.
