It covers more than 2,200 species and over 50,000 photographs. ■ A guide you search by sight Search by scientific or Japanese common name, or narrow down by colour, the region where it was observed, and taxonomy (family and genus). Even when you have no name to go on, you can get there from what the animal looked like. ■ AI identification Pick a photo and the AI proposes candidate species with similarity scores. Straight after the dive, while it is still fresh. Tap a candidate to open its full entry in the guide. ■ Works offline Save the guide data and cover photographs to your device and it keeps working on the dive boat, on a remote island, in airplane mode. ■ Updated daily New species descriptions, digests of recent papers, and photographs the community posted today.
