About
Running a youth sports team shouldn't mean four group texts, a spreadsheet, and a snack sign-up nobody reads.
SeasonCenter puts the whole season in one place — for the coach and for every parent on the team.
THE SCHEDULE EVERYONE ACTUALLY TRUSTS
Games and practices with start times, arrival times, field numbers, and jersey colors. Parents see what's next the moment they open the app. Subscribe the season to your phone's calendar and it stays current on its own.
RSVPS THAT TELL YOU WHO'S COMING
Attendance is tracked per player, not per parent — so two parents answering for one child counts once, and a coach sees how many kids will actually be on the field. Reminders nudge the families who haven't answered yet.
A TEAM CHAT THAT STAYS PRIVATE
Announcements, group chat, and direct messages between parents and coaches. No public feed, no strangers, no discovery. Just your team.
SNACKS AND VOLUNTEERS THAT FILL THEMSELVES
Post the open slots. Parents claim them. Nobody gets nagged at nine on a Friday night.
FORMS THAT COME BACK
Send a waiver to every family and see exactly who hasn't signed.
PHOTOS, POLLS, AND ROSTERS
Share game photos in a team album. Settle tournament dates with an anonymous poll. Keep jersey numbers and contacts in one roster.
FREE FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
No cost for coaches or parents. No trial, no roster limit, no paywall on the useful parts.
NO ADS AND NO TRACKERS
We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't track you across other apps. Your team's photos and roster are visible only to your team.
BUILT FOR THE ADULTS
Accounts are for coaches and parents. Children don't have logins.

What's New in SeasonCenter
iOS App 1.0.2
October 28, 2026
Coaches can now add or change jersey numbers anytime, and a coach can also be a parent on the team — RSVP and sign up for snacks for your own child. Photos shared in team chat now appear in Files. Fixes an issue where new accounts could skip team setup after signing up.
