Very easy app to navigate, super user friendly!
App does not work!
Don’t waste your time or money! Your hiring efforts will be better focused elsewhere. The app is glitchy and will not allow me to add new positions I am hiring for. Absolutely no tech support whatsoever. Ridiculous emails back and forth but no way to contact someone to resolve the issue quickly. Not to mention I have attempted to set up interviews with several people off the app. Maybe one out of ten will actually show up.

Great app for finding great employees
Seasoned actually reached out to me during Covid to try and find service employees jobs. I loved the idea and needed to find some help, so why not?!? It has been a fantastic way to view, vet, and interview potential new hires. The app is super easy to navigate. Im very pleased with the service!

Times have changed for hiring
Long gone are the days of people searching for a job by a “Now Hiring” sign. This app drives more applicants than any other platform out there. You have to act quickly on applicants you are interested in because it’s competitive out there. They drive all the applicants for you, making it not as bad if you get some no shows here and there.

There no cancelation buttons on the app.They dont have phone number to listen to you. or they are not replying any of your email. So its like a scam. dont trust this company.
Terrible and a scam
This company is a scam. During the trail I got very good response. After the free trial I got a paid subscription. For a month I got countless applications no interviews. No way to see applications full resume or contact info. I cancelled the service in written. I could not get in touch with my salesperson. When I called her number someone told me it was a different business. They still charged me and I’ve had to dispute it with my bank every month. Beware. This app and service is trash!! Reporting to better business bureau.

What a joke
I understand web based employment apps get paid per applicant they process but this is a joke. How do you interact with a purple screen because that’s all I get. Like to give it zero stars.

It’s quick. It’s easy and it’s accessible.
Finding applicants for my restaurant has never been so easy.
I had to let go of several of my employees when we closed shop in March 2020 because of the lockdowns and when Seasoned Recruit became available to me after we were allowed to reopen, was like a god send.
I have a few staff currently working for me from this app and because they’re experienced resto workers, training them was as smooth as butter.
When my other shops reopen by next year, will probably add more stores to it so I could make use of the benefits the app provides.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
This app has SEVERAL ISSUES:
1. No employment history available about the candidates
2. Very few of the applicants showed up & only use the job posting as a way to keep their unemployment pay
3. 99% of EVERY candidate was TRASH & most had no experience
4. the majority did not show up for the interview
5. There is no way to communicate with candidates
6. You are 99% most likely not to find a candidate

Easy and most importantly it’s free!
The features of the app actually makes sense. If you will be using the tools they have, it will surely save you hours in hiring.
Becoming worthless
This app is quickly becoming worthless. Almost none of the candidates schedule interviews and the very few who do do not show up.
The recent change to require the candidates to confirm interviews has resulted in 99% of them not doing it. It’s a waste of time and money at this point. Either Recruit/Seasoned is not attracting the right kind of employees or it’s not able to filter the ones not interested in having a job. I have two fine dining restaurants so maybe this is not the right app for my level of employees. Also hough our job postings specify a certain level of experience I still have to look at candidates with none. And very few of them post any kind of job history. Again, a waste of time.

Finally!
I was so sick of using unfocused job boards with unfocused applicants to fill my restaurant positions. Seasoned gets it, and using their hiring app keeps me on the floor, supporting my team.
Works better than most
Have tried lots of hiring apps but this has been the best one so far. Easy to schedule interviews and the applicants seem to have more restaurant experience than the others. Recommend. Please add iPad app
