The SeasonsCare app is an online recovery solution providing users with a comprehensive program of daily therapeutic activities as well as weekly online individual counselling that enables users to identify issues of substance misuse and abuse and take action to change. All activities can be facilitated from the comfort and privacy of your own home. All members will receive free access to the app and following an assessment will be paired with a qualified counsellor to provide personal and professional support. The app includes: Daily check in, weekly sessions and activities, journal therapy, Individual counselling and meditation.
