Why does the iPad version always shutdown on its own? There’s definitely something wrong. Please fix it cause I love this game

Please stop using sketchy ads that take you to a web browser or the App Store. Having deceptive buttons that take you to other apps or browsers is against Apple’s terms of service.

Do not pay for Ads free! If you do it removes all the little videos for rewards!

This used to be one of the best games but they made changes so there is as much ad time as playtime!
Do something about these glitches
I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I really enjoy it, but what I don’t enjoy is completing a level, the game shutting down and when I open the game back up, I have to complete the level again. This game glitches a lot. Please figure out why that is and fix it permanently.
Paint brush
I like the game on level 1236 but noticed I’m winning paint brushes but shows I have none..I had to have won @ least 30 since playing but where do they go and what do you even do with them? Curious
The game’s too hard
This game is fun, but I’m struggling on level 22. I rated the game 1 star because: 1: None of my boosters worked! This is an outrage! 2: when I clicked on help&support, the screen blocked me from the page! How: the screen turned white! No kidding! 3: the timer makes me feel nervous about running out of time. So if the owner could remove the timer, the game would be a LOT more fun.

Paint brush booster doesn’t work
There’s 4 boosters in the game and 1 of them doesn’t work, I have accumulated 19 paint brushes, not sure what it does because it’s never worked, it’s definitely a glitch. I sent a message to support, no response.
Pretty frustrating because you complete levels or side quests or make purchases to earn rewards and then it doesn’t even work.

Not the best but a little tricky you’re going to need to think
So let me get this right…
I actually finish the level. Everyone is in a seat. But your game decided to tell me I failed ANYWAY. So I watch an ad to continue the game thinking something else had to be done but then as soon as the ad is over the game allows the win. No additional moves or anything. I just won. HUH??? What level of scam is this? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

fun game, poor customer service
I have enjoyed this game and have even had family/friends download. A few months later I loaded it on my iPad. I have noticed that despite the version being the same on both devices, the features and bonuses DO NOT function the same. VERY disappointing! On the phone version I am not able to watch an ad video to get bonuses. I tried sending chat messages to see this can be resolved by deleting the app on my iPhone, but it has been almost 30 days with no response as to the possible resolution. Very disappointing…

Love this game, I find 5 lives isn’t enough. Have given in and purchased the monthly upgrade to 8. The game is often glitchy and the option to watch advertisements for extra lives is not always available. I have notified support and am yet to receive acknowledgment. This is frustrating. The team’s option has been “coming soon” for months, when can we hope to see this?

Too many ads just sit there with no x button popping up. So I need to force close the game app and reopen…not worth my time
