Usefull but it needs improve

“I have used it a lot when I didn’t have a car—to go shopping, to study, and when my car was under repair. Compared to other buses, with this service, you can schedule your trips. I have tried using the public bus service, but it’s difficult when there isn’t a bus schedule app or something to help you connect the routes.

On the other hand, it’s a shame that the service doesn’t include nearby towns; it only works in New London. I would love for them to include Groton and Waterford, at least up to the nearest malls like Walmart, Target, Stop & Shop, and Dollar Tree.

That would even help attract more customers because we all need to buy groceries.

I know the public bus service does cover those areas, but it takes too long, and as I mentioned, the routes aren’t very clear. Plus, with heavy shopping bags, it would be much better if the stops were closer to home.

It would also be easier to have an option to buy tickets through the app in case we don’t have cash, using a barcode or QR code to purchase tickets for ourselves or others.”
